A special area of our nitrogen services is cold expansion, also known as cold shrinking. This process is primarily used to fit cylindrical components such as pins, shafts, and bushings precisely. By exploiting the physical property that metals contract when cold, we enable a friction-fit connection of machine components.
This method is particularly effective for high-precision assemblies and can be adjusted depending on the material and the interference fit of the components to achieve optimal results.
Regular delivery service
With our Nitrogen fleet we deliver to you safely and cost-effectively. We simply come to your premises and fill your containers on-site.
Just tell us the quantity, delivery interval and the time frame; we will then inform you of the exact delivery day. Short-notice deliveries are also possible by arrangement, because flexibility is our strength!
