Mobile winding and rewinding – precise on-site processing

At wagner GmbH, we offer mobile spindling and re-spindling as part of our on-site machining services. Our portable fine-boring machines and specialized drilling fixtures enable us to perform highly precise bores in a range from Ø30 mm to Ø4000 mm.

For re-spindling operations we use mobile journal-end re-spindling machines and adjustable journal re-spindling holders that enable machining up to a diameter of Ø1200 mm and lengths up to 1500 mm. These technologies are ideal for demanding projects where precision and adaptability are crucial.
