Wagner GmbH is a leading company with several specialized divisions: from on-site mechanical machining and design of special machinery to precise machining technology and professional maintenance of machines and systems. Another area of expertise is vehicle and mechanical engineering, where we focus on innovative special and custom vehicles for heavy-duty transport as well as modern self-propelled vehicles and crane technology.

Our experienced vehicle engineering team guarantees first-class repair and maintenance work - flexibly in our workshop or directly on your premises. As an authorized partner we offer premium Eurol lubricants and support you with comprehensive expert advice for optimal vehicle care.

Using the latest technology, we carry out comprehensive maintenance on complex hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic systems, including advanced CAN-Bus and Profinet systems. Our expertise also includes the development and installation of innovative switchgear with PLC technology, for which we are responsible for the entire process from planning to programming.

In close cooperation with our steel construction department, we carry out professional repairs and refurbishments on crane systems and vehicle frames. We offer bespoke new builds and conversions with CE conformity, which are planned and implemented by our qualified team of technicians and engineers.

As a certified testing company, we carry out all UVV inspections in accordance with current DGUV guidelines (DGUV3, DGUV52, DGUV53, DGUV54, DGUV55, DGUV67, DGUV68, DGUV69, DGUV70, DGUV71). In doing so, we employ only highly qualified and certified specialist personnel.

Wagner GmbH, or rather the vehicle construction division, maintains long-standing partnerships with leading manufacturers such as MAFI Transport GmbH, Palfinger crane systems and KAMAG heavy transporters, which underscores our position as an expert in the industry.
