The company wagner GmbH has a variety of specialist departments: on-site mechanical processing, design of special machinery, machining technology and maintenance of machines and systems, surveying technology as well as vehicle and mechanical engineering. The latter specializes in special and custom vehicles for heavy-duty transporters and self-propelled vehicles as well as loading and heavy-duty crane systems.

The vehicle engineering department carries out repair and maintenance work both in-house and at the customer's premises. We offer high-quality standard and special oils as well as greases of the "Eurol" brand. To minimize wear on vehicles and machines, we are happy to provide a lubricant consultation at your site.

The repair and maintenance work includes testing and refurbishment of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic systems with CAN bus and Profinet systems. In addition to testing and troubleshooting, we also implement new designs of control and communication cabinets with PLC technology. The planning, execution and programming of PLC controls takes place in the vehicle engineering department.

Steel construction damage in crane systems or vehicle frames is planned and repaired in cooperation with our steel construction department. We undertake not only repairs, but also new builds and conversions according to customer requirements, with a CE declaration of conformity. These works are planned, calculated and carried out in-house by our technicians and engineers.
